At Hayloft Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit or your denim isn't just right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that boots are returned inside their original box without shipping labels taped directly to the shoe box.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping container.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
